Hi. I was wondering... Which linux kernels should I download and examine in order to better understand OS programming in general and Linux in particular? I've already downloaded the very first version, 0.01. Which other versions are 'significant' and worth downloading? And how do I get them to work? :-) Just compile, add to lilo.conf, run lilo and pray? Any help at all would be great! --Arsalan.
