Adityan,

      Get the difference of the year in the the DOB
value from the system time,u'll get the age!!It might
help if you can mail the format of ur DOB variable.

      CPAN is a vast resource for Date modules.These
have been tested and used extensively by the perl
community.Please look up cpan.org too.
