not found symtab_begin.h

Hi all
Iam trying to compile the examples what i found at site
 ftp://ftp.ora.com/pub/examples/linux/drivers/

Iam getting the error like linux/symtab_begin.h not found.
surprisingly when i checked the /usr/include/linux directory ,
i could not found that file.

here iam compiling the files on 2.2.0.4 version of kernel.
If those files are not part of this version then pl, let me know
how I can prepare the symbol table, which I have to pass it to
register_symtab() function.
