Re: missing header files in c for socket programming



IMHO, mingw32 is better, and faster. cygnus tools are
waaaaaay slow. even on my machine (PIII-450, 64MB
RAM).
They're slow, because cygnus tries to implement the a
complete UNIX environment, using the, IMHO sic,
cygnus.dll.
