Yes.  This is possible with RH.  In fact, within Netscape we have a
customized version of the latest shipped version of RH that has been
modified to work in the Netscape intranet.  This was done by a guy called
Ramiro.  It is called RamiroHat. ;-)

Debian has a problem with such "unattended" installations.  This is because
the installation and configuration of software happens simultaneously. 
With RH the installation is seperate from the configuration (which happens
post installation and usually is manual).
