That's correct. RHL 6.1 considers 32 MB a "low memory situation", which
was frankly a bit of a surprise to me (until I stole 32 MB from my
daughter's PC a few days back, our main gateway at Exocore was a 32 MB
machine - I added the 32 MB to run some database stuff).

But coming to think of it, it makes sense. RHL 6.1 apparently tries to
avoid the infamous install crashes of RHL 5.2 and 6.0 by ensuring that
memory (even virtual) is available as required. (Most installation crashes
in 5.2 and 6.0 seemed to have been memory-related).

Swap would be required anyway, even if you have 128 MB, so this seems to
be a safe enough approach.
