1. Is your 128 MB RAM new ?? If it's new Check your RAM .
2. Try recompiling Your Kernel with Via Chipset option enabled.

You have not specified as to how your system actually crashes. Any
application which crashed ??? If you can give me further details about
the
crash may be we can do something about it.

PS : MS didn't buy RedHat Unless you are from MS.
        For your SMPS it your SMPS is an ATX probably will be 250 Watts
else
200 Watts.
