I haven't heard of any but try on freshmeat.net. I
have a program i wrote LOOOONG ago tucked away
somewhere. it handles a Compaq Voice Capable Modem. I
dunno if i still have it or i lost it when i sold off
my compaq. Just get into minicom, and type the
following:

AT+VLS=7

This should enable u're speakerphone capabilities for
a Hayes standard AT command set modem. Try it. U
should here u're dialtone if u're on a tel. line. Try
dialing in thru another phone and then while still on
the phone, type the above command, and then if it
works, maybe i can sprew up something for u. If it
doesn't work... wel... still i can try... ;-) U need
to gimme the Exact chipset, u can actually search for
the commands on the net. HTH
