[LI] Regarding Linux trademark in India

Hi All,
   There seem to be lot of probs with Linux as a 
trademark in various countries (even in the US, some
unscrupulous guy had trademarked it, which was defeated
in court eventually and transferred to Linus).

   Anyone know if anything like this has happened in 
India? If not, I vote that this list get it 
trademarked at the earliest and assign it to itself , or
better still to Linus Torvalds or Linux International or
something , so someone may not pull a fast one on us.
