RedHat Linux includes the xntp that includes all ntp related stuff.

See if it installed (rpm -qa|grep xntp). If it is, you can check out the
files wwith rpm -ql xntp3

If it isn;t installed, insert your CD and mount it, then

rpm -ivh /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS/xntp*.rpm
