[LI] Stalling Internet Connection

Hi,
I'm using the RedHat 6.1 distribution of Linux. I use wvdial to connect to
the Internet. After browsing for sometime, Netscape says "stalled" on the
status bar, the modem lights don't flash any more and basically I'm
connected to the internet without any data being transfered at all! What do
I do?
