[LI] Netscape Freezes

	I have a Red hat 6.1 system.Recently I encountered a problem with
Netscape.The problem is that when ever I go to XWindows(KDE) as root and
open the Netscape Navigator the Window comes and freezes(just stops).I
can't even kill the Window and I have to kill the process from the Terminal.
To my great surprise it happens only to  root and not for other users.Also
earlier it used to function Normally(I don't know what happened Now!).
	Can any one of you explain the reason for this?
