As of version 8.9 sendmail does not permit relaying by default. i.e if you are
on a.com, mail originating from b.com to foo.com is denied. You have to
specifically configure sendmail for controlled relaying. Since you are already
on 8.9.3 breathe easy and rest your fingers :-)
