[LI] ttf fonts and netscape

I have activated ttf fonts as described in the list. Now netscape fonts
not only in the body but also in menu and folder names in messenger has
changed. They are big. I wanted to change them. I tried edit/preferences
dialog. But it changes only in the body, not in menu and others. How to
change these?
