Re: [LI] kppp root password.



Hi Sujeet,

I had posted the same question but received reply for Joy's mail.

Anyway it worked and thanks a lot.

The last line in my /etc/pam.d/kpp file is :

account    required     /lib/security/pam_permit.so 

Does this line tells kppp that for user account password authanticaitons is
needed?

Now I have added the first line as per your suggestion :

auth        sufficient        /lib/security/pam_permit.so
