[LI] Re : Accessing Linux Partition from DOS



To access ext2 fs from Win****9x you have a utility called 
FSDEXT2 also popularly called Ext2fs16

It contains a utility called 'mount' which mounts a ext2 
partition under Win9x.The mounted partition appears in
'My Computer' as a separate drive and you can browse
the partition using your explorer(even through the command prompt).

The partition can be mounted only as read-only(Good thing-Imagine 
what would have happened if it supported read-write access).

By the way does any one have any news about the ext3 fs
