Well, the morning after the 2nd of September, 1752 was indeed that of 14th. If
you
don't know why, read up about the transition from Julian calendar to Gregorian

calendar in an encyclopaedia/History text book.

If anything, this is an example of the extends to which people will go to
achieve
perfection in the Unix world.
