[LI] Driver for crystal LAN adapter

Greetings!!

        I have a PC installed with RH Linux 5.0. My PC has a crystal LAN
network interface card. As the driver for it is not available in the RH
Linux I downloaded it from crystal's web site. I had installed it and
was using it as a loadable module. It was working fine. I did not use it
for some months. Now the module is not getting loaded. The command I
give is
                        insmod cs89x0.o io=0x200 irq=0xa

Now I also have an AMD n/w card. How can I add it to the Linux OS. I
don't have any means by which I can upgrade RHL. So please help me to
configure my RHL5.0 to get it on to the network.
