[LI] [OFF-TOPIC] Download Problems

Hi Everyone

While downloading some files from within Netscape
like (enlightenment-16.0-i386.rpm) and also 
(StarOffice 5.1 Segment 3/7) , the download apparently
stops at a certain point (say 37%) irrespective of the
mirror I am downloading from. I have experienced this
only with the two files mentioned above.

So it ought to be a corrupt file , but is there
something wrong with netscape ? 
After all , a defective link/file would have been
reported and fixed in a couple of days!

P.S. The Staroffice is on HTTP server , so I can't use
     a ftp client.
