You can download and install ICECAST server which is basically
a digital radio server where you can be the DJ. It is one of the
"killer" apps of linux where it has surpassed the original Windows
version just like Apache supassed the proprietary web servers.

You don't need samba for this as it is a client server app and winamp
or xmms or any mp3 streaming client can connect to it.

I tried using samba connectivity , but it is not working .
