Hi Asif!

Install squid in ur machine .. and configure it (squid.conf) .. and u have
it .. ;). easy to use and configure .. 
for lynx u need a file at /etc/lynx.cfg and set
http_proxy:http://<ur servername>:port/
https_proxy:http://<ur servername>:port/
ftp_proxy:http://<ur servername>:port/
gopher_proxy:http://<ur servername>:port/

and etc etc. ..
