Someone created a linux-india-archives@xxxxxxxxxxx and subscribed it to the
mailing list.  Unfortunately the person had configured it as a moderated
mailing list.  I have stepped in and unsubscribed this email address from
the linux-india mailing list.  These should stop soon.
