If anyone has any display problem with SiS card like text areas becoming BLACK
FILLED RECTANGLES then in the 
	
	DEVICE SECTION of XF86Config add => option "no_accel".

This should most probably solve the problem. This solution is a generic
solution, you may be able to better finetune the options so that you can use
most of the acceleration options except for the offending ones.

This rule applies in general to all cards, sometimes some Graphic card vendors
implementation using the graphic chips  can have problem with some acceleration
features. Its always safe and worthwhile to try out this if you are getting
strange graphic problems.

Note: Most often when one uses no_accel the new XAA features are switched off
while the older acceleration technique using BitBlt engine is still retained.

I would also like to repeat this once again to all newbies to PLEASE GO THROUGH
the DOCUMENTATION WHICH COMES IN LINUX before giving up and asking for solution
on the list. Because here one may not be able to give you all possible
solutions or options available as that will require long mails. Where as the
DOCUMENTS will make you better equipped to HANDLE diverse situations.
