Due to the Qt licensing issue, KDE is not bundled with the Official
Debian CDs.  I will give pointers to the latest KDE debs from the KDE 
Linux Packaging Project.  Visit http://kde.tdyc.com/ and add this line
in /etc/apt/sources.list and do an 'apt-get update'.

deb http://kde.tdyc.com/debian potato slink kde kde2 rkrusty contrib


U can also ftp://kde.tdyc.com/pub/kde/debian/dists and browse the 
stable and unstable trees.  Do not forget to download what U want !!
