yes, it is perfectly fine to have to OSs on the same system.
I am sure about the combination ; WIN 95 and LINUX (kernel 2.0).
thats how my pc is configured

But in the case of two versions of linux (red hat), the lilo prompt may be a
cause for some confusion.
