Try the method given below i am usng 3 such card in Slack waere and
Redhat.

I suppose u r using Redhat.
Do following
step 1
pnpdump >aa
step 2
open aa using any editor say vi
note down base and irq of the ethnet card
step 
open /etc/conf.modules file and put
alias eth0 ne
options ne io=xxxx irq=yyy
restart thre box. 

Even if you do not get success
do following
copy aa file in /etc/isapnp.conf file deleting unwanted lines and let
isapnp detuct your card at boot.
