[LI] Not connecting to Net

Hi all,

Whenever I get connected to the net through kppp i.e. when pppd is supposed
to start, it gets disconnected immediately and kppp starts dialing again. I
checked the ip-up.local and ip-down.local files inthe /etc/ppp/ dir are
there. I can't figure out why? Please help.
