[LI] Mouse problem

Hi All,

I have a Microsoft PS/2 mouse (not an intelli mouse).  When i choose intelli
mouse, the mouse moves to one corner of the screen.  If i choose generic PS/2,
it works fine in X but refuses to in the shell prompt.  I can see the mouse
cursor but i can't use it to click in programs like mc, emacs et al.  What can
i do?
