Dear Pulkit,

Be aware that if you Dual boot using 'LILO boot' than you may face problems after deleting Linux partions. The better way is to first remove the option of 'Provide LILO boot prompt at startup' by using Linuxconf. Also allow Windows as your Default boot OS. In this way your MBR will be updated to load Windows first.
