Thats the point, WindoZE just eats up your Space. And if you anyway wanna
uninstall Linux. Why dont you just delete the partition entry  using Fdisk
in windows and then formatting your Partition. You are right, @.28 GB is
quite something . So why dont you free one GB and keep Linux in the other
.
