[LI] Neighbour Table overflow

Hello,

   I am using RH6.0 with full-fledged networking support for writing networking software using sockets. But when I execute the programs, it says Neighbour Table Overflow and does not proceed further. It says Neighbour Table overflow even while booting. But, I am able to use telnet, ftp and other networking softwares.
