[LI] Problem accessing mails directly from internet to LAN

I have a linux server with dial connection to vsnl
which I am using it as proxy and acessing mails using
fetchmail and sendmail.
        But now I don't want to use fetchmail to
download mails,instead I want to let all users to
access mails directly using outlook express.For that
what I have to do ??
