[LI] Problem to connect ISP

Hi,
    I am having linux server redhat 5.2 ,I am facing
problem to connect ISP.
  I have two a/c one is for vsnl and another is for
local ISP. When I connect to VSNL I get connected
properly,but when I try to connect to local ISP,I get
authenticated but while assigning dynamic IP address
it gives ip address of eth 0 of linux server ie
172.16.1.1
even i have not assigned any static ip address to ppp
interface . And I am using the ppp setting ppp
interface for VSNL as well as Local ISP ecept tel no.,
for VSNL I use tel no. 9,4404444
for  Local ISP I use tel no. 9,911345667
I am able to connect to Local ISP with WINDOWS 95
without any problem

If anyone have soln for this problem ,pls help me to
sort out this problem
