[LI] Articles in Indian Express

On Sunday 17th Oct., Indian Express carried a review about the new Linux
Book. The reviewer says that India is yet to catch up with Linux! Hope
someone gives him the statistics, including the Linux pavilion at
IT-Bangalore! Similarly, a few days earlier, there was a news item about
computers being donated to Schools in Goa. It mentioned that `free
software like Linux can not be run on old 386 PCs'. Somewhere on the
lines he wrote about graphics interface - which also `can be run' but
will only become very slow. But then, nothing else can be run on 386's
either (and DOS based ones aren't just available now!)
