$ rpm --help | grep relocate
      --relocate <oldpath>=<newpath> - relocate files from <oldpath> to
      --badreloc - relocate files even though the package doesn't allow it
      --prefix <dir>       - relocate the package to <dir>, if relocatable
$ rpm --version
RPM version 3.0
