[LI] Duplicates - cool it!

Everyone, relax.

We know that there is a problem, and we are trying to fix it. At first
glance it appears that HotMail has again goofed up somewhere (so what else
is new?) - a very good reason why many of you should consider moving your
accounts elsewhere (how many bloopers have you heard coming out of, say,
Yahoo Mail?).

Whatever the issue is - let's not make it worse by screaming at each other
or the listadmin. Did anyone *really* think that we didn't notice the
problem, and that the only way to bring it to our (and everyone else's)
attention was to holler on the list?

And PULEEZE lay off poor Satish Pagare - it is *not* his fault!
