I have successfully compiled the windbond-840 driver for the card into my
kernel. Just select Ne2k isa from menuconfig and replace them by entry of
ne2k by winbond in ./drivers/net/Space.c and ./drivers/net/Makefile. If u
want i can send u the two files. I have compiled it in kernel version
2.0.36-0.7 of PCQ RHL 5.2.
