You can not run any application using samba server, samba is simple a *nix 
implemantatopn SBM protocol that ia widely used in PC environment. So what you 
really need is dosebm (A dos emulator) to run DOS application over Linux. Samba 
server can help you in sharing ur files and printer with Windows/dos PC.,
