I think, I can. I am at Madurai, TamilNadu and can take up diskless-client.
I do also have boot-prom for ne2kpci (RTL8029) card and can do easily for a
ne2000 isa card for a good old 386/486 machine.
 Mr. Siddiqu do reply regarding the same.
