Good news in this front.  I set up a virtual apache server called
http://lists.linux-india.org/ on my machine yesterday.  I have also figured
out a way to split the linux-india-digest archives into seperate messages
and have ran a couple of tests with mhonarc.  Only thing left is to fiddle
around with glimpse to set up a searching interface.
