linux kernel hackers guide.

Hi,

I was trying to go thruogh the kernel source code. First and foremost
I am not a guru. I have been using linux for a while now and I am in
interested in knowing its internals. I downloaded the LDP documents
all except the kernel hackers guide.
This guide is in HTML and I will have to download paga by page.
Does anyone have a tar or zip version of it. Its ps version is not
available or did I miss it?
If anyone has this guide I will be thankful to him if he can send it
to me via mail. Or if it is in the downloadable form somewhere on the
net. I can download it. Pointers will be helpful.

Also while going through the source I came accross preprocessor
directives and things like __GNUC__, where do i get the docs for
these. I saw man gcc it is not there.

Thanks in advance.
regards
prateek
