[LI] Problem compiling network driver

Hi,

I've got a latest version of tulip driver (tulip.c) and I tried to compile
it as per the instructions given in that file. After compilation, the object
module file (tulip.o) remains the same as the older one. So, I wanted to
know where exactly the file tulip.o goes and what is the output of the
compilation? Some one please let me know
