Hi,
I tried to re-install linux RH6.0 (CHIP CD) so that I can dedicate
more hard disk space to linux. To my dismay the installation
continued to exit midway, giving an error message (below)
- -->
received signal 11. install exited abnormally --
sending termination signal...done
sending kill signal...done
unmounting file systems...
/tmp/rhimage
/proc
you may safely reboot your system.
- ---
BTW I was getting the same message with an earlier PCQ CD
and yet another RH CD on another system. I then thought that
I was unlucky to get two bad CD's. This can't happen to me
again!
Please please do help. I want to install linux badly.
