You'll find a link to the IP masquerade mini HOWTO v 1.76 . Check there.
Recompile the kernel.
NET3-HOWTO and IP-Alias HOWTO may be useful. Look fo NAT and NAPT.

Sendmail : Use linuxconf for basic config on Redhat.
/usr/doc/sendmail* will contain a few .me files. Make will create .ps
files . They are the documentations needed.
