Yes! (Assuming you have already made a partition
for Windows, or left some free space while installing Linux.)

Before installing windows, make a linux boot disk
by running makebootdisk (if you are using Redhat or
Mandrake). Then install Windows. Boot linux from your boot disk
and run lilo again, after making sure you have an entry to boot
windows, in your /etc/lilo.conf. For example, you may have an entry
such as (remember to change as per your config) - 

other=/dev/hda3
       label=dos
       table=/dev/hda
