Hi All,
I am in a bit of a jam. This was the config of my HDD.
fat 16 - C:- 1000MB
fat 16 - d: - 1500MB
Linux Swap - 125 MB
Linux Native - rest
Total 4.3 GB
Although this is a deviant question, I lost my d: while trying to fool
around with the MBR. I was trying to recover the Linux partitions for
windows. I badly needed the space for a project that has come along. Only
the MBR has been damaged. Is there any way I can recover the d: without
disturbing the rest of the partitons. BTW I got myself a new HDD for the
project. So Linux remains as it is. Is there any tool that can do this for
me?
I don't want to pay for data recovery. The last time I sent my HDD
for data recovery, the data was recovered, but the HDD was totaled.
Amol
