Hey Amit,

this might be a stupid question but....Are you sure
you configured a default route from your server to
the internet ?
I assume that you have configured your Linux machine
to access the net properly and it is doing it, but unless
the routes are properly set up, the packets won't be
forwarded out of the Linux server to the external network.

The Linux gateway should be using a split arrangement
whereby the device attached to the inner lan is setup with
a private ip address etc and the  rest of the lan is similarly
configured within the same range of private ip addresses.

You can check to see if the Linux is accessible at all from
the lan by pinging it from one of the client machines on the lan
using the privately assigned ip address for the Linux
server. If this works, you will need to check the routing on the
Linux box.
