eth0 error

Hi all,
If I start any network services during boot I get the following error
eth0: timeout waiting for Tx RDC
What is this? My Irq is 12 or 14 I think and my DMA is 0x6100 and if I ping my 
ethernet IP address is 175.0.0.1 I get the packets back. So I think my 
ethernet card is configured properly. So any help?
