i740 installation problems

Hi All,

        I am facing some problems while installing the i740 server. Because
of you guys I could successfully download the servers. While installing it
gives me an error about path not being correct. I went ahead just the same.
After completing Xf86config, when I ran X it tells me something about SVGA
too little memory errno = 111.

    Please tell me what to do.
