The source code of various utilities can be found at many FTP sites all around
the world. You can start with metalab.unc.edu, prep.ai.mit.edu, ftp.gnu.org
and ftp.cdrom.com.

Also, these programs are not RedHat's - they are copyrighted to the individual
authors (who, most often, have nothing to do with RedHat).

For the accepted coding style etc., visit www.gnu.org.
